The written argument

Writing

Writtenevery week.

The long-form version of the argument, published on Substack, free to read, and yours to leave whenever you want.

The archive stays on Substack rather than mirrored here. A partial copy would go stale, and a stale copy of someone’s writing is worse than a link to the real thing.

How a claim gets published

As of

24 August 2026

Every claim, and who is making it.

Health writing is usually confident and unsourced. This is the opposite arrangement: nothing on this site can be published without either a citation or an explicit statement of whose position it is.

That is not a promise, it is a type. A claim in the codebase must carry a source or a framing; one that carries neither fails the build rather than reaching a reader.

Where his own materials disagree with each other, the disagreement is published rather than resolved quietly. See the note on About.

  • 20claims published on this site
  • 5distinct sources they cite
