Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-30 · Effective October 30, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Longevity Health Labs, LLC d/b/a Platform Health (“Platform Health”, “we”). By creating an account, checking a box that says you agree, or buying anything, you agree to them and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Please read the arbitration section — it changes how disputes are resolved.

What Platform Health is — and is not

Platform Health is not a medical provider. Clinical services are provided by independent licensed providers. Not for emergencies — call 911.

Platform Health provides technology and administration only: the website, store, cart, checkout, accounts and secure messaging that Robert Lufkin MD uses. Platform Health does not practice medicine, does not employ or direct the clinicians who care for you, and does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Clinical services are provided by independent licensed providers. Every diagnosis, treatment and prescribing decision is theirs alone. Treatment and prescription approval are never guaranteed.

Who sells, and who processes your payment

This store belongs to Robert Lufkin MD. Robert Lufkin MD is the seller of record for the products in its store. Platform Health is the merchant of record: it processes your payment, collects and remits sales tax where the law requires, and pays out Robert Lufkin MD’s proceeds. Platform Health receives a fee for marketplace and payment services. Where a store is run for an influencer, Platform Health is the seller, and the checkout says so.

Buying from the store is governed by the Terms of Sale and Shipping & Returns.

Telehealth programs and prescriptions

A telehealth program is provided by an independent medical group that is not owned or controlled by Robert Lufkin MD or Platform Health. Before your visit you will see its name, its own telehealth consent and its Notice of Privacy Practices. A prescription product is never sold from the store: if a clinician prescribes one, you may fill it at any pharmacy you choose. If the clinician decides treatment isn’t right for you, you are not charged for medication. See the Telehealth Disclaimer.

Compounded medications are not approved by the FDA, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed. A compounding pharmacy being licensed or regulated, including a “503A” pharmacy, does not mean the FDA has approved the medications it compounds.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account or use a telehealth program. You agree to give accurate information — including the state you live in and where you will be during a visit — and to keep your password private. Please do not resell what you buy here, scrape or load-test the site, or use it to break the law.

Marketing emails and texts are optional and separate from these terms. You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or change your preferences in your account.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

A subscription or program that renews shows its price, how often you are charged, the first charge date and how to cancel next to the purchase button, and you agree to those terms separately before you are charged. You can cancel online at any time from your account, under Subscriptions — no call or chat needed. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We remind you before a free trial converts and before an annual renewal.

Disputes: binding individual arbitration

You and Platform Health agree to resolve any dispute about this site, your account or your purchases by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and you waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action. You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing legal@joinplatformhealth.com with your name and “arbitration opt-out”.

Arbitration is administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Nothing here limits a claim you may bring against an independent clinical provider, which is governed by that provider’s own terms, or any right you have that the law does not allow to be waived.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Platform Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through the site in the 12 months before the claim. Platform Health is not responsible for the clinical decisions of independent providers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where the law of the state you live in gives you protections that cannot be waived. Any court proceeding allowed by these terms will be in the federal or state courts of New Castle County, Delaware.

Changes

When these terms change we publish a new version with its date above and ask you to accept it before you continue. The version you accepted is kept on your record.
