- Two treatments on one plan: compounded tirzepatide and sermorelin. Tirzepatide acts on two gut-hormone receptors, GIP and GLP-1, that are involved in appetite and blood sugar. Sermorelin is a peptide — a short chain of amino acids — that signals the pituitary gland to release the body’s own growth hormone.
