Vendor Terms
Version 2026-10-30 · Effective October 30, 2026
These terms apply to every vendor whose products are listed for sale through Longevity Health Labs, LLC d/b/a Platform Health (“Platform Health”). A vendor accepts them before any product is submitted, and again when a new version is published.
Product warranties
You warrant that every product you supply is genuine, safe when used as labelled, not adulterated or misbranded (21 U.S.C. §331), manufactured under current Good Manufacturing Practice — for dietary supplements, 21 C.F.R. Part 111 — and fit for the use its label describes, and that you hold every license and registration needed to make and sell it.
Labeling and claims
Labels and product information must be accurate and complete and comply with the FD&C Act, DSHEA and FTC rules. Supplement structure/function claims carry the FDA disclaimer. No product may claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a disease, be described as FDA-approved unless it is, or promise results or prescriptions. Every product passes Platform Health’s label, claims and category review before it appears in any store, and prescription drugs, compounded drugs and prescription devices are never accepted.
Adverse events and recalls
You report serious adverse events as 21 U.S.C. §379aa-1 requires and tell Platform Health within 2 business days of learning of one. You cooperate fully with any recall, market withdrawal or safety notice, at your cost, including notifying affected clinics and customers through Platform Health.
Insurance
Indemnity
No payments outside the Store
You may not pay, rebate, discount or give anything of value to a clinic, practitioner or influencer outside the Store’s wholesale settlement — no rebates, volume bonuses, exclusive-distribution payments or undisclosed financial ties. All money between you and a clinic flows through Platform Health’s settlement and is recorded on its ledgers.
