Influencer Program Terms

On an influencer’s store, Longevity Health Labs, LLC d/b/a Platform Health is the seller, and checkout says “Sold by Platform Health.” Every influencer store shows: “[Influencer] earns a commission on purchases from this store. Products are sold by Platform Health.”

Every link and code comes with ready-to-use disclosure text: “#ad — I earn a commission when you buy through my link.” Use it, or something as clear, in every post, story, video and link.

Store product sales only, at 50% of Eligible Net Profit as defined in your agreement. You're paid on store product sales only. Telehealth, programs, prescriptions, and lab tests never generate earnings. Telehealth program pages cannot produce links or codes, and no sign-up, enrollment, prescription or lab test is ever tracked or attributed to you.

Licensed practitioners: Purchases by your patients are paid under your practice agreement, not here. Anyone who is or was your patient, or came through your practice, is excluded from attribution automatically.

Sales totals only — never customer names, contact details or health information.

Use only the approved claims in your dashboard. Never claim a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents a disease, and never promise prescriptions or results.
